Global Warming May Worsen Allergies

If you frequently suffer from allergies then beware of global warming because it is potential enough to worsen the conditions caused by several kinds of allergies. According to research studies global warming can trigger more allergic rhinitis.

Basically it happens because the ragweed produces more pollen as a result of increase in carbon dioxides.

Facts That Research Reveals

According to the agricultural department, ever present weed makes around twice of as much pollens can do now because of the high acceleration in the increase.

“This research may help us better understand the troubling impact of high carbon dioxide levels on our environment and our health,” said, Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman said Tuesday. Basically approximately 15%-20% of the population has allergic rhinitis or commonly known as hay fever.

These kind of allergic reactions are caused by dust, pollen and airborne particles. And global warming is the major cause to increase these particles in air. So, indirectly global warming may worsen those allergic conditions.
