A Quick Solution for Duvet Allergy

Duvets can be a source of sneezing, watery eyes, and eczema. The dust mites present in the duvets are to be blamed. Dust mites are microscopic creatures which live in mattresses, carpets, bedding. They feed on skin flakes. Their feces, shells and corpses can trigger allergies. If you are having allergies due to dust mites in duvets, it is time to shift to an allergy duvet or an allergy duvet covers.

Duets can accumulate a number of allergens. Here is a list of allergens which can be present in duvets:

Anti-allergy duvet covers can also be used to prevent dust mites. These allergy covers are made of cotton or polyester. Due to their small pore size, they prevent the entry of allergens such as dust mites and pollen.

If you are suffering from duvet allergy, do buy an anti-allergy duvet or a duvet cover. You can also wash the duvet cover at 60 degree centigrade. This can kill the dust mites and keep you from allergies.
