Crab allergy is a kind of shellfish allergy, which can range from mild to serious reaction. While some people suffer from rashes, others may suffer from severe symptoms such as gastrointestinal problems and dizziness. For allergy treatment, taking anti-histamines can be helpful in relieving the reaction. Epinephrine should be injected immediately if the allergic reaction progresses to dizziness and breathlessness. The injection can prevent anaphylaxis.
