Types of Food Allergy

When that particular food is again give to a child, IgE releases histamine and other chemicals. This result in upset stomach, skin rashes, diarrhea, swelling, wheezing and in extreme cases anaphylaxis.

People with dairy allergy are advised to avoid daily products. For quick allergy relief, antihistamines prescribed by doctor should be taken. The allergy to hen’s eggs, cow’s milk, soybeans and wheat can subside with time, but allergy to sea foods, tree nuts and peanut do not generally subside with time. Family history also influence allergies.
