  • Coconut oil – Coconut oil should be breathed deeply into nostril of the nose twice a day.

  • Milk – Drink ¼ cup of milk with ½ a teaspoon of turmeric powder after every meal.

Kapha Remedies for Allergy

  • Warm water – Drink a glass of warm water with ½ teaspoon of licorice after every meal.
  • Sitopladi – ½ teaspoon of sitopladi should be taken with honey thrice a day on an empty stomach.
  • Liquid diet – Liquid diet should be taken once a week which includes vegetables and fruits in liquid form, which have been liquefied.
