Hay fever is an allergic reaction that is caused by grass pollens but in some people it is caused by tree pollens and various flowers also. Often hay fever is observed along with other allergies like eczema or asthma. If home remedies does not give relief from the symptoms of hay fever, it is better to consult the physician. Honey

Consume a small amount of local honey every day. This boosts up the immune system of a person and fights against the allergens. This is an excellent natural cure for hay fever.

Nettle

Fenugreek seeds

Apple Cider Vinegar

Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water and drink the mixture. Drink this mixture 2 or 3 times a day.

Peppermint

Peppermint gives relief from nasal congestion. Hence, drinking it 1 – 2 times a day is very beneficial.
